Day 1
Chennai
Arrival Chennai airport our representative will meet and transfer you to the hotel. On arrival check in to the hotel at 12:00 noon and relax. Afternoon proceed for sightseeing of Chennai which includes The National Art Gallery which is located on Pantheon Road in Egmore. It is a fine example of the Indo-Saracenic style of architecture. The gallery was initially known as Victoria Memorial Hall. The Government Museum, located on Pantheon Road of Egmore, is considered as the oldest Museum in India. Known also as Central Museum, Government Museum was built in 1851 in the College of Fort St. George. The Public Library was added in 1853 and the Museum was opened in 1896. Marina Beach of Chennai is a popular destination. Marina Beach is one of the longest urban beaches in the world. Stretched along the Coromandel Coast of the Bay of Bengal for about 12 km, Marina Beach is bordered by St. George Fort in the North and Besant Nagar in the South.

Day 2
Chennai – Mahabalipuram (Approx 40 km / 1.5 hr drive)
After breakfast at hotel proceed for full day sightseeing in Mahabalipuram which includes The Crocodile Bank is located 14 kilometers from Mahabalipuram. It was established by herpetologist Romulus Whitaker in 1976. It houses several different species of Indian and African alligators and crocodiles. They are kept in open pools that are made to resemble their natural habitat. The Five Rathas, also known as Panch Rathas, is a set of rock temples. They are excellent examples of the evolution of Dravidian style architecture. These temples are built in the same shape as pagodas, and greatly resemble Buddhist shrines and monasteries. Tradition has it that there once stood seven temples along the shore line in this area. Today, the only one that is there is the Shore Temple. It was built during the 7th century by the artisan Rajasimha under the rule of Narasimha Varman II. Overnight stay at Mahabalipuram.
Day 3
Mahabalipuram – Pondicherry (Approx 165 km / 2.5 hrs drive)
Morning after breakfast check-out from Mahabalipuram hotel and transfer to Pondicherry. On arrival check-in at Pondicherry hotel. Afternoon proceed for sightseeing which includes The stylish French War Memorial, located in the renowned Goubert Avenue, is a monument for those soldiers who lost their lives in the First World War a neatly maintained doll museum, Jawahar Toy Museum is located in Pondicherry town at the old Light House building close to Gandhi Maidan. It houses a variety of dolls and toys collected from different states in India.
The Pondicherry museum housing some of the superb collections of sculpture is located in the Bharathi Park. This museum has an excellent gallery with sculptures and has the remains of archaeological findings from the Arikamedu Roman settlement. Overnight stay at Pondicherry.
Day 4
Pondychery
Full day sightseeing in Pondycherry. Plage Paradiso, popularly known as Paradise Beach, is situated at Chunnambar, in the close proximity of Pondicherry town. It is a sought after tourist attraction, as the cool breeze and golden sand serve the beach as a resting hub. C.S. Perrotet established Botanical Gardens, a beautiful tourist attraction in Pondicherry in 1826. The garden encloses a good collection of exotic and rare plants and also houses an aquarium. The traveler looking for secluded beach and calm relaxing moments, Pondicherry beaches offer you all. The soothing and cool waters, soft breeze, clear and sparkling sands and superb seclusion, the nice environment attract you to this beach paradise.Overnight stay.
Day 5
Pondicherry – Tanjore: ( 190 km / 3.5 hrs drive )
After breakfast check-out from hotel and transfer to tanjore.On arrival check-in at tanjore hotel.Afternoon sightseeing in Tanjore which includes The Vijayanagar fort is located about 2 km to the north east of the Brahadeeswara or the Big Temple. This fort was built partly by Nayaks and partly by Maratha rulers during the early 1550 AD. The Siva Ganga Garden is a park that is located near the famous Tanjore palace and is seen north of the Brahadeshwara or the Big Temple. It is a well maintained garden with a collection of flowering as well as non-flowering plants, different types of birds as well as animals. The Aalangudi temple is the abode of Lord Guru and is located in the district of Thanjavur. Lord Shiva consumed the deadly poison Alavisham in this place and hence the name Aalangudi. The Great Chola emperor Raja Raja Chola built this famous Brahadeshwara temple or the Big Temple. The sculptures who built this temple are Kunjaramalian and Raja Raja Perunthachan. Day 6
Tanjore -Trichy : (65 km / 1.5 hrs drive )
Morning check-out from hotel and transfer to trichy for sighseeing. Kallanai Dam is one of the oldest irrigation dams in the world built around 2000 years ago. It was built across the river Cauvery by the Chola King, Karikal Valavan. The main purpose of building Kallanai was to divert the Cauvery water for irrigation in the Tanjavur delta.Mukkombu is a beautiful picnic spot located in the outskirts of Trichirappalli in a distance of 18 km from the city. Mukkombu has various tourist attractions such as amusement park, children’s garden, sports facilities, fishing facilities, etc.

Day 7
Trichy – Madurai (145 km / 2.5 hrs drive )
Morning check-out and transfer to madurai for sighseeing.Madurai meenakshi templeSri Meenakshi – Sundareswarar Temple.This 2000 year-old complex is literally a city within the city of Madurai, one of the largest of its kind in India and undoubtedly one of the oldest too. It enshrines Lord Siva and his wife, Meenakshi. Alagar Koil.This celebrated Vishnu temple is dedicated to Lord Alagar. It is situated on a hill amidst a panoramic view and contains some beautiful, intricate carvings.Open on all days. Gandhi MuseumThe old city palace in Madurai has been dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. Exhibits highlight the Freedom Struggle and contain images and artifacts of the Gandhian movement.Timings: 9:00 – 18:00 hrs. Closed on Sundays.Overnight stay at madurai.
Day 8
Madurai (Day Excursion to Rameshwaram)
Early morning (0030 hrs) proceed for excursion to Rameshwaram. Afternoon return back to Maudrai. Sightseeing includes Koodal Azhagar Shrine.This shrine is well known for its sculptures of Vishnu in sitting, standing and reclining postures, placed one above the other. Thirupparankundram.Located 8 km from the centre of the city, Thirupparankundram is one of the six residences of Lord Subramanya. Tirumalai Nayakar Mahal.This Indo-Saracenic palace, constructed in 1523, was originally four times larger than its present size. Its most remarkable feature is the Swarga Vilasam or the audience hall, whose dome rises to a height of 20 m without any kind of support. Vandiyur Mariamman Teppakulam.This tank with a mandapam (covered platform) at the centre enshrines Lord Vigneshwara. The Float Festival is conducted here very year between January and February.

Day 9
Madurai – Kanyakumari (300 km/6 hrsdrive)
Morning after breakfast check-out from hotel and transfer to kanyakumari.On arrival check-in at kanyakumari hotel. Vivekananda Rock Memorial is dedicated to Swami Vivekananda, a disciple of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, the founder of Ramakrishna Mission. Kanyakumari Temple or the Kanyakumari Bhagavathiamman Temple is a chief attraction of Kanyakumari and is dedicated to the virgin Goddess Kanyakumari.Wax Museum in kanyakumari,Thiruvallu statue are yet another attractions in kanyakumari.Overnight stay at kanyakumari.
Day 10
Kanyakuamri – Kovalam : ( 80 km / 1.5 hr drive )
Morning Check-out from kanyakumari hotel and transfer to Kovalam.En-route vist The Padmanabhapuram Palace of Kanyakumari, a symbol of rich cultural heritage, is one of the chief attractions of Tamil Nadu. Padmanabhapuram Palace is located in Padmanabhapuram village of Kanyakumari District, nearby Thuckalay, at a distance of about 15 km from Nagercoil and 55 km from Thiruvananthapuram. The Lighthouse is located at the southern end of Kovalam Beach, at a hillock named Kurumkal. Evening spend at kovalam beach.Overnight stay at Kovalam.
Day 11

Full day sightseeing in kovalam.visit includes kovalam beach, veli,sangumugham beach etc.Overnight stay at same hotel in kovalam.
Day 12
Kovalam – Alleppey : ( 140 km / 2.45 hrs drive )
Morning Check-out from Kovalam hotel and transfer to Alleppey .On arrival check-in at houseboat for alleppey round cruise. Sit back and relax while the boat cruises through the narrow serene backwater canals. Enjoy a calm day away from polluted cities and maddening crowd. Only disturbance will be the twinkling of a shining star or diving of a fish around you to say hello by waving its tail. Rest of the day at leisure on the House Boat.
Kettuvalloms or Houseboats (Riceboats) are country boats that were used in the early days for the transport of goods from the isolated interior villages to the towns. With the advent of roads, bridges and ferry services, gradually the kettuvalloms went off the scene. Now these kettuvalloms are back again as a major tourist attraction. A ride on a kettuvallom is a fabulous way to explore the fascinating beauty of the backwaters. Overnight stay at houseboat.
Day 13
Alleppey – Thekkady : ( 160 km / 2.30 hrs drive )
Morning after breakfast check-out from the Munnar hotel and transfer to thekkady.On arrival check-in at the hotel in thekkady.Afternoon visit Periyar wildlife sanctuary. Lying close to the plantations, in the rich jungles of Periyar in Thekkady is one of the world’s most fascinating natural wildlife reserves – the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Spread across 777 sq. km, of which 360 sq. km is thick evergreen forest, the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978. Noted for its geo-morphological diversity of wildlife and scenic beauty, the Reserve attracts visitors from all over the world. The splendid artificial lake formed by the Mullaperiyar Dam across the Periyar River adds to the charm of the park. This is the only sanctuary in India where you can have the unique experience of viewing wildlife at close quarters from the safety of a boat on the lake. Day 14
Thekkady – Munnar: ( 110 km / 2.15 hrs drive )
After breakfast check-out and you will be proceeded to Munnar hills (180 Kms), the green Paradise of Kerala with unending expands of Tea plantations, spice plantations and a variety of flora and fauna. Munnar is located on the Western Ghats, situated in the Idukki district. The name Munnar is believed to be derived from the Malayalam words Munu (three) and aaru (river), referring to the town’s strategic location at the confluence of the Muthirappuzha, Nallathanni and Kundaly rivers.. On arrival Check in your hill resort and after noon at leisure/ you can go to visit Munnar town and nearby places & Overnight stay.
Day 15
Munnar
Today after breakfast,(8.00 am) go for sightseeing at Mattupetty Dam; a beautiful spot for viewing the picturesque Munnar, Kundala Lake- a natural lake with recreational facilities like boating and having excellent view of Western Ghats as well as the forest surrounded with. Also visit Eco point and tea plantations. After noon you can visit Eravikulam National park; where the endangering Nilgiri Tahr is conserved. Later drive back to your resort for Overnight stay.
Day 16
Munnar – Cochin (150 km /3.5 hrs drive )
Morning check-out from Munnar hotel and drive to Cochin. En-route visit cheeyappara water falls.On arrival check-in at cochin hotel.After noon sightseeing in fort cochin is the old part of cochin. Sightseeing includes St.Francis Church, Chinese fishing nets, Mattanchery palace, Jewish synagogue etc.Evening come back to Cochin hotel overnight stay.
Day 17
Cochin ( 80 km / 2.5 hrs drive )
Morning after breakfast check-out from hotel and departure transfer to Cochin airport.
